Welcome to Fitmate! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

 

Return Conditions:
•⁠  ⁠Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
•⁠  ⁠Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached..
•⁠  ⁠Shipping fees are non-refundable.
•⁠  ⁠The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the mistake was on our side.

Refunds :
•⁠  ⁠Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
•⁠  ⁠If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges:
